The Bilingual Experimental Class

(Bilingual Education Program)

Purpose:

1. To improve the English learning platform, strengthen bilingual education courses,

    and comprehensively promote the overall soft power of students in listening,

    speaking,reading and writing in English.

2. To cultivate students with bilingual ability, improve their study and work

    competitiveness, and become bilingual talents in line with international standards.

3. To train students to have cross-language, cross-cultural international

    competitiveness and international vision in the information society, and to

    practice the educational ideal of mutual respect for multiculturalism.

4. To stimulate student’s curiosity and develop the ability to actively explore and

    solve problems.

5. To cultivate student’s positive values and build a complete personality, and guide

    them to have the quality of international citizenship.

Class size : 30 students.

(Those who do not meet the appraisal standards shall be placed in an insufficient amount.)

Identification and Qualifications:

National Pingtung Senior high school students, who meet one of the following

conditions:

1. Those who have passed the CEFR B1 English test and obtained the certificate.

2. Children of staff sent by the government to foreign countries or children of

    outstanding overseas scientific and technological talents.

3. The English language grade in Comprehensive Assessment Program for Junior

    High School Students must be at least A, and the Mathematics or Science grade

    must be B++ or above.
